Green Day go back to their roots on CBS Mornings

A video interview with Green Day aired during the 8AM hour of CBS Mornings last Friday. This was a short but really interesting one that went right back to the band's roots, with them showing the interviewer around 924 Gilman Street.

The second part of the interview was filmed at Otis, the band's small studio in Oakland. They briefly discuss parenthood, stardom, the upcoming tour and how Billie Joe daydreams new melodies – Mike and Tré say they should just stick a sign on him saying he'll be back in half an hour.
