We got an update from Shanty Cheryl of Recess Records about the upcoming Pinhead Gunpowder 7 inch record. You'll remember her as the photographer who took some great photos of the Pinhead Gunpowder shows last February, like the one pictured on the right.

The Pinhead Gunpowder record is coming along. The test pressing is done, and as soon as it's approved by the band, it will go out to the manufacturing plant, and the finished record should be ready and available to buy in the next few weeks!

It will contain studio recordings of the three new songs that were debuted by Pinhead Gunpowder in the live shows in February. (You can hear some of the live versions on YouTube, with not-so-great sound quality, here: 1, 2, 3.).

The first pressing will also include a limited edition of 500 on colored vinyl.

You will be able to order the record from Recess Records when it's released. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as it's out.
