The Lookouts were comprised of Larry Livermore, Kain Kong and of course Tre Cool, before he joined Green Day. Here's the eBay desription of the item:

The Lookouts "One Planet One People" LP. Extremely rare and hard to find. The record is in extremely good shape for it's age.
