It includes two CD's, the regular "Nice Guys Finish Last" song, along with a live recording of "Good Riddance" from 1997. Here's the summary from the seller

This is an auction for 2 promotional-only CDs by GREEN DAY. They are both white label promos, sent to a radio station on the East Coast of the USA.
UNPLAYED.

First is Good Riddance. It is an exclusive version, not on the Nimrod album in this form. Live at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia November 14, 1997. The second CD is a promo copy of Nice Guys Finish Last, from Nimrod.
