This looks like an "unofficial" video for Green Day's Restless Heart Syndrome, from album 21st Century Breakdown. Having said that, it's a very professional looking piece and interesting to watch. The video features a performance from Green Day's recording at Abbey Road studios in London in May 2009, along with clips from 2001 film Requiem For A Dream.

Be warned, the movie clips from the film contain some visuals that some may find disturbing, as it is based around drug addiction. It also contains Jared Leto from 30 Seconds To Mars.
